Brad Keselowski reacts to Jeremy Bullins taking over as crew chief for No. 6 team
A big change for Brad Keselowski and the No. 6 team, but a familiar one. Jeremy Bullins will be his NASCAR crew chief once again in 2025. The two last worked together in 2020 and 2021 at Team Penske.
RFK Racing is expanding and making key changes ahead of 2025. There will be more announcements in the coming days, but for now, this is the big story of the day.
With the news becoming official this morning, Brad Keselowski expressed his excitement about working with Bullins again.
“2025 is another season of change for myself and the 6 team, and I’m excited to bring Jeremy Bullins back as the crew chief,” Keselowski said in a video. “We had so much success together with five wins in the NASCAR Cup Series. Nearly winning the championship in 2020. Three owners titles in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. He and I have really clicked our entire career. I can’t wait to see what we can do in 2025 and beyond.”
Brad Keselowski broke his winless streak this season. However, the No. 6 team lost its speed in the second half of the season. He had seven top-5s in the first 15 races of the season, including that win at Darlington. Keselowski recorded only two more top-5s for the rest of the season.
When it came to the playoffs, Keselowski more or less didn’t show up. He finished 13th in the final standings but didn’t record a top-10 in the postseason until Talladega, after he was eliminated in the Round of 16.
RFK Racing is hoping that Jeremy Bullins can help the No. 6 team take that next step. Keselowski still has good years of racing in him, but he has to maximize his opportunities as much as possible.

Brad Keselowski adds Bullins as crew chief
When the team decided to move on from Matt McCall this move to Bullins wasn’t exactly a surprise. Brad Keselowski won five races, including four in the 2020 season, with Bullins as his crew chief.
RFK Racing made the announcement Friday morning. Bullins most recently worked as crew chief for Harrison Burton, culminating in a win at Daytona this summer.
RFK Racing has improved each season since Keselowski joined in 2022. They have made changes during that time. With a lack of wins and playoff success for the No. 6 team, shaking things up at crew chief isn’t a bad idea.
“I’m excited and grateful for the opportunity to work with BK again, this time in the iconic No. 6 car with RFK,” said Bullins in a team statement. “We were able to accomplish a lot as a team previously, but we had a couple of unfinished goals like a Daytona 500 win and a championship together and I’m ecstatic we get the opportunity to compete together again. From the outside looking in it’s been obvious the trajectory RFK is on, and I look forward to being part of the growth and future success of the team.”
Brad Keselowski and RFK Racing are making a lot of moves lately. They are not only expecting to improve on the track but are also expanding while doing it.
