The Carolina Panthers have announced their full list of inactives for Week 8 ahead of Sunday’s road matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.

Taking into account Carolina’s long list of injuries throughout the week, coupled with the 2-5 start to the season, firing their head coach and trading away their franchise centerpiece – the Panthers are facing an uphill battle even before the kick off in Atlanta Sunday afternoon.

This is an important game for both teams, where Atlanta (3-4), the NFC South division leader despite its losing record, can pad their first-place status with a victory. If the Panthers can pull off the upset, the Falcons, Panthers and Buccaneers would be in a three-way tie for first place, all at 3-5. If New Orleans can defeat the Raiders at home, they would also be 3-5, and the division is anybody’s to win moving forward.
