Carolina Panthers vs Cleveland Browns Wednesday injury report
Ahead of their season opener against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, the Carolina Panthers have made their Wednesday injury report available. The matchup has one of the most exciting storylines of Week 1 as new Panthers quarterback Baker Mayfield takes on his former team to begin the year.
The Panthers opened their Wednesday practice with good fortune on the injury report, with just two players listed with hip injuries. Kicker Eddy Pineiro was a full participant on Wednesday, while tight end Giovanni Ricci was limited but not held out completely.
The Browns had far more action on their injury report on Wednesday, with players like Jadeveon Clowney and Jack Conklin leading the list. Clowney was held out of practice on Wednesday for both an illness and elbow injury, while five other players were limited for the Browns.
