CeeDee Lamb injury update: Dallas Cowboys reveal WR status ahead of MNF vs. Bengals
The Dallas Cowboys are preparing for a pivotal Monday Night Football showdown with the Cincinnati Bengals. Ahead of the showdown, they’ve received a positive update on wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Lamb and his shoulder injury are off the injury report. The star wide receiver is evidently trending towards being healthy enough to suit-up and help quarterback Cooper Rush in Week 14.
“Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) and TE Jake Ferguson (head) are off the injury report and good to go Monday night vs. the Bengals,” Schefter reported, regarding the star wide receiver and his teammate.
As for the rest of the injury report, Schefter shared the full status for both teams on Saturday, along with his update. You can check that out below, as the Cowboys are getting healthier for the stretch run, it seems.
Whichever team gets the win between the Dallas Cowboys and Cincinnati Bengals will set themselves up nice for the next couple of weeks, and keep themselves in the playoff hunt. Whoever loses might have to turn the page to 2025.

Jerry Jones suggests Cowboys had hangover from Green Bay playoff game during 2024 season
Meanwhile, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones believes that the inconsistent play from his team carried over from last season when they lost to the Green Bay Packers in the playoffs. On Tuesday, Jones appeared on 105.3 The Fan and talked about NFL teams having carryover from one season to the next.
“There’s no question that you can carry over good play from one season to the next,” Jones said. Potentially we even did that, we carried over not-so-good play against Green Bay that we had in our last game in the playoffs last year. I think it’s naive to think that you don’t have carryover.”
After finishing the 2023 regular season with a 12-5 record, the Cowboys lost to the Packers in he wild card round of the playoffs 48-32. At the start of the 2024 season, Dallas lost two of its first three games and then went on to lose five consecutive games after starting the year 3-2.
The 2024 season has been challenging for the Cowboys, but things seem to be heading in the right direction. They have won the last two games, and their next two contests are against teams with losing records. If the Cowboys win the next two games, they will put themselves back in the playoff picture.
