CeeDee Lamb injury update: Jerry Jones shares latest on Cowboys WR after Thanksgiving win
Dallas Cowboys (5-7) owner Jerry Jones said Friday on 105.3 The Fan that he expects receiver CeeDee Lamb to be ready to go for the Week 14 home matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals (4-7) on Dec. 9, via Jon Machota of The Athletic.
Lamb, 25, dealing with an AC joint sprain in his right shoulder coming into the Thanksgiving Day home game against the New York Giants (2-10), reaggravated the injury and left the contest in the third quarter. He did not return for the fourth quarter of the Cowboys’ 27-20 victory.
Lamb hauled in just two receptions for 39 yards prior to exiting the game. Still, Lamb leads Dallas in receiving by a considerable amount. Lamb has 79 catches for 880 yards (third in the NFL) and four touchdowns.

CeeDee Lamb ‘banged up,’ continuing to play through it
“I’m banged up, I ain’t even going to lie to you,” Lamb said, via Garrett Podell of CBS Sports. “It is what it is bro. It’s that time of the year in the season. I ain’t going to get [into] any specifics, but we straight. As far as for me, the pride is unbelievable. I’m willing to do whatever to go out there and have my presence felt. … With me being out there, I feel like the guys are more comfortable, and they’re able to play as confident and as fast as they want, knowing they get the looks that they want.
“I’m all for the team winning, if you can’t tell by now. … This is definitely one of the toughest years for me body-wise, but that ain’t stopping nothing. That’s for sure.”
