Get ready to Gig ‘Em this weekend at Las Vegas. Chase Briscoe and Stewart-Haas Racing are partnering with Texas A&M University. That isn’t the only NASCAR race, either. Josh Berry will carry the Aggie colors at Phoenix at the season finale.
College paint schemes are always awesome to see. The colors, logos, and mascots make a Cup Series car look fun and festive. Over the years, schools have sponsored many different cars. Last year there was even an NIL car for the Kansas Jayhawks.
Texas A&M is coming to NASCAR in Las Vegas and Phoenix. Check out this maroon scheme for Chase Briscoe.

Here is the Josh Berry design, incorporating that camo look into the paint scheme.

Stewart-Haas Racing will be no more at the end of the season. One of the final paint schemes on the historic No. 4 car will be the Texas A&M Aggies. That is pretty cool. If you like SHR and A&M then these cars were made just for you.
I know a lot of college football fans who will see these cars and fall in love. Even as a Kentucky Wildcats fan, I can’t help but think these are two great-looking cars. NASCAR fans are going to love the way these look on the track.
While Stewart-Haas won’t win a championship this year, they will go out in style. When teams get creative with sponsorships, it’s always great for the sport. Let’s get as many SEC schools in the Cup Series as possible.

Texas A&M coming to NASCAR for Round of 8
This weekend when Texas A&M goes on the No. 14 car, eight drivers will embark on the third round of the NASCAR Playoffs. We had a shocking disqualification yesterday after the Roval. That took Alex Bowman out of the playoffs and put Joey Logano in.
Vegas is where a playoff driver can win and advance to Phoenix with two weeks in between races. Joey Logano did it in 2022 and it gave him more time to prep for the championship race. If a playoff driver wins the race, it will give them a great advantage in the Championship 4.
Kyle Larson looked unbeatable at the Roval. The second half of the race was dominated by the No. 5 team. He is having a very similar season to his 2021 championship season, down to winning at the Roval. If he wins a race or two, don’t be shocked. Hell, Larson could sweep the round and it wouldn’t be that big of a surprise.
Texas A&M is getting into NASCAR right before the end of the season. Their football team just embarrassed Mizzou and is now focused on Mississippi State.
