In the end, the Super Bowl between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers ended on an incredibly exciting drive in overtime, when Patrick Mahomes threw to Mecole Hardman for the game winning score.

Naturally, there were more than a few angles and broadcasts of that final touchdown worth seeing. However, perhaps none were better than the hilarious BTS Nickelodeon broadcast clip that was captured.

You can check out the clip of the play being captured by Nickelodeon, with a behind the scenes view of the score, here:

The Nickelodeon view has three screens. The first is of the Super Bowl itself, showing the Chiefs win the game and going on to celebrate the win. Then, on the second screen, it’s the crew in front of a green screen doing motion and voice capture to act as characters on the call. Watching their actions line up with the characters on the top screen is pretty incredible.

Finally, the third video on the bottom shows some behind the scenes on just how massive these productions can become. There, a team can be heard directing what each camera does, what the actors do on the broadcast, and of course calling for slime shots.

The Nickelodeon broadcast, in general, did an excellent job of capturing the game in a bright and exciting way where the initial idea was to help make the game easy to digest for young fans. However, many adult fans also had a great time watching the broadcast.

The NFL on Nickelodeon has been broadcast by CBS, which made it possible for the Super Bowl, as CBS had the rights to the game. To this point, there have only been a handful of these broadcasts, which are obviously complicated to produce. However, given the success of them, it’s safe to say these broadcasts will return in the near future.

Mecole Hardman rocks ‘Mr. Walkoff’ jersey at NBA All-Star event following Super Bowl win

Mecole Hardman walked off the Super Bowl with a touchdown win. Now, he’s going to enjoy the fame that comes with that kind of play. That includes wearing a “Mr. Walkoff” jersey during the NBA’s All-Star festivities.

Ultimately, it’s a moment that Hardman deserves to celebrate and he went on The Today Show where he reflected on the accomplishment.

“It feels great. It’s an undescribable feeling, that’s all you can say about it. I don’t remember none of it. When I caught the pass, I blacked out for a second,” Hardman said.

“I guess the magnitude of the moment got to me, but all I can remember is after I caught it, I see Pat running to me like, ‘You’re a champion!’ I thought, ‘Oh what?! Ok, bet,’ and I started celebrating. But I don’t remember anything after I caught the ball.”
