Christopher Bell has been phenomenal at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. However, he’s never been to Victory Lane in Sin City, although he’s come close on multiple occasions.

The Joe Gibbs Racing star has won three consecutive races, and a four-peat is on the table for this coming weekend. Ahead of the Pennzoil 400, Bell joined the Dale Jr. Download, where he spoke on his chances to win four straight in 2025, even if he hasn’t been able to close the deal at Las Vegas in the past.

“Honestly, I would say it’s P1 on my list, but I haven’t won. It’s been a great track for myself and my team,” Bell stated, regarding Las Vegas Motor Speedway. “Throughout the years, I’ve had so many close calls at that race track. Between the Truck Series, I remember getting beat — I think it was by Ben Rhodes, right at the line. And then the Xfinity Series, I literally had a deja vu moment, with that fall race last year, when Joey [Logano] beat me on fuel mileage. [Tyler] Reddick beat me the exact same way on fuel mileage in an Xfinity car.

“So, I’ve had a lot of close calls at Vegas. Haven’t won there, but I’ve been really close. The schedule just laid out really good for this run that I’ve been on, for sure. Phoenix is a great track for me. Vegas is a great track for me. We should be competitive, that’s for sure.”

All told, Bell will have a chance, at least. Still, history isn’t on his side in Sin City. Will his luck chance this time around? It’s not out of the realm of possibility, especially considering the streak the No. 20 team is on at the moment.

That’s what has Bell feeling confident, despite his lack of wins at Las Vegas. Jordan Bianchi of The Athletic took it one step further though, thinking Bell shouldn’t stop at four. He could win as many as five in a row if he gets the job done this coming weekend.

“I’ll give you a hot take, like, and this is going to sound really outlandish,” Bianchi said on The Teardown. “I look at this schedule, I think he’s the favorite at Vegas and then we got to Homestead where he’s really, really good. And then Martinsville and Darlington. I could make the case he could win five in a row.

“Which I know is crazy. Like, look at the schedule, dude! I’m not saying he’s going to but it’s not – if I said to you he could win five – looking at the schedule, the odds are minimal but the fact that he has a percent chance of doing it and you can talk yourself into it to some degree tells you one; how good he is, how good this team is and just where they’re at right now, and again this schedule sets up so well for them. If they don’t have like five, six wins by the 600 you’re probably gonna be like, you’re crazy, but that honestly should be the goal.”

All told, Christopher Bell has already matched his career-high with three wins in a season. Now, it’ll be up to him to shatter the mold, and he seems well on his way to doing so in 2025.
