Three ARCA Menards Series national series races and three wins for young Connor Zilisch for Pinnacle Racing Group. This time, the NASCAR prospect gets it done at Indianapolis Raceway Park.

Connor Zilisch is ready for the big time. He has proven it on road courses in IMSA and the Truck Series, on ovals in ARCA, and in the CARS Tour. Today he wins the Calypso 200 at IRP over Andres Perez and William Sawalich.

Another race where Zilisch gets the best of Sawalich. We are going to see these two race against each other for many years to come.

Connor Zilisch, a Trackhouse Racing development driver racing against William Sawalich, a Joe Gibbs Racing driver. What is better than that? There are times when the ARCA Menards Series is lackluster. This is not one of those years with these two involved.

In just a few days, Zilisch is going to turn 18. That means he will be able to race the big tracks, everything over a mile has been locked away for Zilisch. That changes when he legally becomes an adult.

Learn about Zilisch now, because he’s going to be all the rage next year. He is rumored to be working on a full-time schedule in the Xfinity Series with JR Motorsports. That could be a very successful pairing.

Connor Zilisch and William Sawalich battle at IRP

With this race going into overtime, Connor Zilisch knew he had to have a great restart. Sawalich was going to use any excuse to put the door to Zilisch after their run-ins with one another this season. Zilisch did exactly that.

Drivers like Zilisch and Sawalich, part-timers, but frequent ones, have taken up all of the wins. It has been a tough go for the full-time drivers. Zilisch is on another level entirely when it comes to this series.

For a driver mostly seen as a road course racer at the beginning of the season, Zilisch has proven that theory incorrect. He has put up wins on ovals in ARCA, ARCA East, CARS Tour, and is just as good or better than his peers.

Even though Sawalich has led laps tonight, Connor Zilisch has been even better. Pinnacle Racing Group has been on fire this season. Every time you see Zilisch on an entry list, you need to make sure to tune into that race. He is an impressive prospect.
