Dak Prescott‘s mansion in Texas was demolished on Tuesday, and the Dallas Cowboys quarterback watched the entire process. TMZ Sports obtained footage of the demolition that was planned by Prescott. A witness told TMZ Sports that Prescott informed his neighbors he was tearing down the mansion to rebuild a home better suited for his current needs.

Prescott hired Dude Prefect to help him with the destruction and even joined in for part of the clearing. The 31-year-old quarterback was seen running through the yard to pose for some of the shots on the construction equipment. Prescott was later seen with his girlfriend, Sarah Jane, as the demolition continued.

This comes after the Mississippi State alum signed a $240 million contract extension before the start of the season. Before the deal, Prescott said he doesn’t play the game of football for money.

“I’ve never played the game for that,” he said, per DallasCowboys.com. “I’ve played a game for the pure love for the guys in that locker room. Yes, this game has always brought me something that not a lot of things in life do. That type of peace, it does. Just being out there in between the lines with people that you share a brotherhood with. Yeah, something that’s just special about this game of football and we’re just blessed that that money comes with it, and I’m in the position that I’m in that we can be having these conversations. But that doesn’t motivate me.”

Through five games this season, Prescott has completed 65.4 percent of his passes for 1,424 yards, eight touchdowns and four interceptions. On Sunday night, Prescott threw two touchdowns and two interceptions in the Cowboys’ 20-17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

After the game, Prescott talked about throwing the game-winning TD to Jalen Tolbert with 20 seconds remaining in the game. “Yeah, I mean, we just wanted a chance,” he said, per the team’s official website. “Just give us a chance on that two-minute drive. I personally was pissed about the two-minute drive before half[time], obviously, throwing an interception there when we could get points — easily three, if not a touchdown. Two minutes, something I love, so just being able to get back in it, down four, knowing we needed a touchdown.”
