Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s CARS Tour expands with Pro Late Model Series West
Since Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kevin Harvick, Justin Marks, and Jeff Burton bought the zMax CARS Tour it has continued to expand, now to the west. The zMax CARS Tour Pro Late Model Series West will bring a new series to those on the other side of the country thanks to these NASCAR stars.
To start off the season, the zMax CARS Tour West will head to Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway. The newly renamed track is going to be host to the debut of the new series. There is a real need for consistency and a governing body in Pro Late Model racing out west.
With the CARS Tour coming to the West Coast, drivers and racers out there will be excited to get a chance to compete. Seeing the growth of the organization as a whole has been fun and it is putting new life into grassroots stock car racing.
Glad to be part of this ownership group. Seeing everyone’s vision and ambition take shape has been motivating. The new season is just around the corner!” Dale Jr. tweeted.
Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway owner, Tim Huddleston, is a big part of this westward expansion.
“We’re excited for this partnership and to add the CARS Tour to the West Coast racing schedule for 2024,” said Huddleston. “To have Kevin, Dale Jr., Justin and Jeff bring the CARS Tour to the West Coast and support the grassroots racing is what we need to continue to build a healthy series and showcase the next generation of drivers.”

In the last few months, the zMax CARS Tour has grown exponentially. Drivers want to race in the series. Now, there will be even more opportunities for racers across America.
zMax CARS Tour reaches out west with U.S. Legend Cars
So, what can we expect from the new CARS Tour West? Well, the season gets started at Kern Raceway. The track will host a race on March 2 as well as November 16. Irwindale Speedway is going to get three dates, while Stockton 99 Speedway gets a couple of races.
On top of those tracks, the Las Vegas Bullring will have two events in the summer with All American Speedway rounding out the list of venues on the schedule. The U.S. Legend Cars will be on the same 10-week schedule.
With Dale Jr. and Kevin Harvick both having their own Late Model and Pro Late Model teams, we should see them get in on the action at some point or another. The ownership group took over last year in an effort to expand grassroots racing. That’s exactly what they are doing now.
