Dale Earnhardt Jr. got called out by Ryan Blaney on his podcast. On Dale Jr. Download, Blaney asked Earnhardt when he was going to be invited over for beers again during the show’s Question of the Week segment.

“He used to be my neighbor and then he moved. And now he lives over in Concord net to Jeff Burton. I took a little bit of offense to that,” Earnhardt said. “Love Jeff Burton, think he’s a great guy, but I kind of feel like I got traded out, I really do. I don’t know, is he having beers with Jeff Burton? Is Jeff inviting him over for beers?

“He’s getting married now, I know he doesn’t have time for beers. I’m not sending him invites when he can’t come. He text me yesterday or the day before. He’s like, ‘Dang man, I saw all y’all having fun on pit road with social media posts.’ He’s like ‘I would have loved to been out there. That’d been awesome.’ And he’s that kind of guy. I saw in a social media post he got tossed a beer after the race, drank it down. …He’s the kind of guy that will one day eventually start dragging a beer cooler out on pit road at the end of the race. He will eventually start doing that.”

Will Dale Earhardt Jr. and Ryan Blaney drink the world’s worst beer?

If Earnhardt invites Blaney for a beer, will they drink a Budweiser Select 55? In June, Earnhart reacted to the beer being ranked the worst in the world by Beer Advocate.

“That’s amazing,” Earnhardt said on the podcast. “I’ve worked for Budweiser for almost 10 years. When you have that kind of relationship with Budweiser, they put me on this deal where I still get beer. The beer truck comes by every so often, once a month or whatever, and drops off a few cases. When I became a dad and I got a little bit older, I still love to drink beer …But I didn’t always want to be intoxicated, not all the time.”

Earnhardt also talked about the amount of calories certain beers have since he’s been counting calories off and on for all of his life. “Miller has the 64, and Bud has the 55,” Earnhardt explained. “Outside of that, the next sort of category in terms of calories is going to be your Bud Lights, Coors Lites, Miller Light, Corona Light. All of those are going to be in 90 some calories. I’m thinking, man I can two 55s to one Bud Light.”
