A little bit of fun this morning as Dale Earnhardt Jr. unveiled a brand new Late Model Stock paint scheme for the 2025 CARS Tour season. The NASCAR Hall of Famer is bringing the No. 8 to his Sun Drop scheme this year.

Between his usual Dirty Mo Media obligations, being a team owner at JR Motorsports, and his upcoming broadcasting schedule this summer, there is a lot going on for Dale Jr. So, we likely won’t see him race a lot this year.

However, we know of at least one race that Dale Earnhardt Jr. will take part in this year. Earnhardt is rocking that classic No. 8 font on his Late Model Stock car. I look forward to seeing the Sun Drop car every year. This one takes it to another level.

You’ve got the green and yellow colors with those red highlights. Just perfect. I’m sure this will move a lot of merch.

Tri-County Speedway is going to be packed in October. Now we just have to wait another six months to actually see this car race. But there is a lot of good news right now for the CARS Tour.

NASCAR fans are going to get a great chance to watch the series in action next month. Of course, Dale Jr. will be involved.

Dale Earnhardt Jr. lands major CARS Tour media deal

Oh yeah, when I was listing all the things that Dale Earnhardt Jr. has going on, I forgot one. Owning and operating the CARS Tour with Kevin Harvick, Jeff Burton, and Justin Marks. That’s a major operation and it is only continuing to grow.

This year, the All-Star Race week will be much like it has been the last two years. We are going to see the Cup and Truck Series race. Trucks for points and Cup for $1,000,000. But during the week leading up, the CARS Tour will take center stage.

This year, the Pro Late Model race will be on Thursday. You’re going to see that race on FloRacing, if you have a subscription. Lots of great development drivers in that race and maybe even some NASCAR faces. Then on Friday, the big news is coming.

The Late Model Stock race is going to air live on FS1 on Friday night. Cup and Truck practice then the Pit Crew Challenge, and it all ends with the Late Model Stock cars. It might be the best race we see at North Wilkesboro Speedway that entire week. Better yet, Dale Jr. and Kevin Harvick will be in the broadcast booth!
