WATCH: CeeDee Lamb makes bench-clearing touchdown grab at Pro Bowl Games
There was no guarantee the NFL’s decision to switch formats for the Pro Bowl this year would work for fans, but there might be even more excitement and highlights this year than in years past. Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb had an early candidate for play of the (flag football) game on Sunday when he caught a touchdown pass to put the NFC up 13-6 on the AFC.
The AFC has been dominating the NFC through several days of various games, but if the underdogs pull off the flag football win, they can tie it all up at nine points a piece.
The grab by CeeDee Lamb resulted in a full bench-clearing from the NFC players, including his teammates Micah Parsons, Trevon Diggs and KaVontae Turpin.
Lamb, a 2020 first-rounder out of Oklahoma, is playing in his second Pro Bowl of his young career.
His touchdown snag showed just a glimpse of what he was doing all season long for Dallas. He put up a career-high 1,359 receiving yards on 107 receptions with nine touchdowns. Lamb also added another 14 receptions for 185 yards and a score in the Cowboys’ two-game playoff run.
The Cowboys receiving star finished the Pro Bowl flag games with six catches for 102 yards with two touchdowns.

Schottenheimer is replacing Kellen Moore, although head coach Mike McCarthy will retain play-calling duties for 2023.
Along with the announcement, McCarthy released a statement, where he elaborated on how exuberant he is to have Schottenheimer as his right-hand man on offense.
“I am very happy to have Brian take on this key role with our team. He has been an important part of our staff already and has a great grasp of where we are and where we want to go,” said McCarthy, per the franchise. “Brian also has an exceptionally strong foundation, history and relationships beyond his time here that translate very well into understanding what our approach to operating and executing will be for the future.
“This will be an exciting and efficient transition for us that I am confident will help yield the growth and results we all want and expect.”
