LOOK: Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott, receivers pose at Miami facilities after workout
Dak Prescott is going to have a different wide receivers room with the Dallas Cowboys this season and getting on the right page with them will be crucial. He’s trying his hardest by putting in some offseason training with the likes of CeeDee Lamb, Jalen Tolbert, Dalton Schultz, and Sean McKeon.
The five were pictured together at the University of Miami, using the program’s top-level facilities to get a workout in. Based on the middle three, it seems as if the Cowboys players had a good session together in Coral Gables.
Someone not pictured in the photo is running back Ezekiel Elliot. Prescott said on his Instagram story that Elliott missed the pic due to being in the bathroom. The quarterback seemed to find that tidbit quite funny.

Dallas is coming off a disappointing ending to the season, once again losing early in the playoffs. This time, it was to the San Francisco 49ers at AT&T Stadium. Even though it was only the first playoff appearance for the Cowboys under Mike McCarthy, there will be a ton of pressure on the head coach this year.

How well Prescott is able to link up with the Dallas Cowboys receivers will be key. Amari Cooper was traded during the offseason, meaning Lamb will have to step up as the top guy. While Schultz is still negotiating his contract, the tight end is still under the franchise tag. He will be playing when the season begins in just under two months’ time.
Getting a change of scenery from The Star in Frisco could be nice for the Dallas players as well. Getting to a new city for a different style of workout while also seeing what one of the top facilities in college football looks like. Even if Elliott was not able to make the photo, everyone involved seems to have enjoyed being in the state of Florida.
