Dallas Cowboys release final injury report vs. Washington Football Team
It’s a big game for the Dallas Cowboys and the Washington Football Team this week. The Cowboys are almost at full strength — but one key player has an injury designation.
Backup running back Tony Pollard is the only Cowboy listed as questionable for the game, which kicks off Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET. He’s dealing with a foot injury and said he felt something in his plantar facia on his touchdown run last week. He didn’t practice at all this week and previously said he’d likely be a “game-time decision.”
In some good news, Ezekiel Elliott was a full go all week and Cedrick Wilson worked him self up to full participation on Friday. Only Micah Parsons was limited on Friday with a hip injury, but he’s listed as a full go for Sunday’s game.
Here’s the Cowboys’ full injury report for Friday.
Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Football Team final injury report
Questionable: RB Tony Pollard (foot)
Pollard suffered the injury last week against New Orleans, and his absence would be a big blow to Dallas’ backfield. He’s the Cowboys’ second-leading rusher behind Elliott, but they run a fairly balanced attack in the backfield. Dallas’ third-leading rusher is quarterback Dak Prescott, who has 91 rushing yards this year.
No injury designation: LB Micah Parsons (hip), RB Ezekiel Elliott (knee), TE Sean McKeon (neck), WR Cedrick Wilson (ankle)
Parsons was added to the injury report on Thursday with a hip injury and was limited again on Friday. However, he doesn’t have an injury designation — a huge break for the Cowboys. Parsons is making a case for Defensive Rookie of the Year, leading Dallas with 10 sacks and ranking second on the team with 72 tackles.

Elliott was a full participant all week, a great sign considering he played through a knee injury last week. With Pollard’s status up in the air, Elliott could see plenty of action in the backfield against Washington.
McKeon showed up on the injury report on Thursday, but was back to a full participation on Friday to shed an injury designation. Between McKeon and Dalton Schultz, the Cowboys’ tight end room looks solid for this week’s game.
Wilson worked his way from limited participation Wednesday and Thursday to full participation on Friday. He’ll be in the rotation with Michael Gallup, CeeDee Lamb and Amari Cooper at wide receiver.
All in all, the Cowboys appear to be mostly healthy for Sunday’s game. Kickoff between Dallas and the Washington Football Team is set for Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET on FOX.
