The Dallas Cowboys enter their Week 11 matchup as healthy as they’ve been so far this season, with the notable exception of multiple players who are out for the year (i.e. Trevon Diggs, CJ Goodwin, Leighton Vander Esch).
Coming off of a dominant 49-17 victory over the New York Giants last week, the Cowboys have no players with injury designations heading into the weekend. The same cannot be said of the Carolina Panthers, however. The good news for the 1-8 squad, however, is that quarterback Bryce Young has the green light to play despite a thigh injury.
Practice reports from both teams on Friday reveal who’s in and who’s out for the Sunday afternoon matchup in Charlotte. Dallas and Carolina will release their lists of inactive players with an hour and a half to go before the 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

Cowboys begin practice window for Peyton Hendershot
The Dallas Cowboys began the 21-day practice window for injured tight end Peyton Hendershot this week, however, it’s unclear whether he’ll make the active roster for Sunday. The former Indiana standout suffered an ankle injury that knocked him out just three weeks into the season. He missed two weeks then the Cowboys opted to place him on injured reserve, which knocked him out for another four weeks.

Prior to his move to IR, Hendershot was the No. 2 tight end on the depth chart behind Ferguson. He had one reception for three yards, which came in the Week 3 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
“Cowboys TE Peyton Hendershot (ankle) said he will resume practice this week, being designated to return from injured reserve,” Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News shared on Wednesday. “Feels fresh. Eager to move around on field at practice. Unsure if he’ll play Sunday at Panthers, but physically, he is in a good place.”
Hendershot, an undrafted pickup out of Indiana now in his second season, had 11 catches, 103 yards and two touchdowns as a rookie. If he ends up playing this week against Carolina, he’ll join fellow tight ends Jake Ferguson, Luke Schoonmaker and Sean McKeon on the active roster.
Now that the practice window is open, Hendershot can return to the active roster at any time. However, if he’s not back on the active roster within 21 days, he’ll have to remain on Injured Reserve.
