Before the Dallas Cowboys meet the Philadelphia Eagles on the field on Sunday night, both teams have released injury reports from Thursday practices. The primetime game is a rematch of the NFC East squad’s first divisional game of the year, which ended in a 28-23 victory for Philadelphia.

Four of the Cowboys’ veterans, DE DeMarcus Lawrence , DT Johnathan Hankins, CB Stephon Gilmore, and WR Brandin Cooks, all returned to practice on Thursday after taking a rest day on Wednesday. After resting on Wednesday, tackle Tyron Smith did so again on Thursday and was joined by right guard Zack Martin as well.

ESPN analytics gives the Cowboys a 65% chance to beat the Eagles at home in AT&T Stadium. A victory would be win No. 10 for Dallas this season, and the 15th consecutive win at home. If the Eagles win, they’ll move to 11-2 and reset the Cowboys’ home-win streak back to zero. The analytics favor the Cowboys, and so do the Vegas odds. Dallas is a 3.5-point favorite for Sunday’s 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff.

Here’s who was in and who was out for practice on Thursday. Final reports with the inactive players will come out an hour and a half before game time on Sunday.

Cowboys designate Waletzko for return, activate Hendershot

The Dallas Cowboys designated offensive lineman Matt Waletzko for a return from IR this week by starting his 21-day practice window. The tackle has missed every game so far this season but could become a key depth piece heading into the late-season and postseason stretch.

Waletzko has been providing backup assistance at multiple spots on the offensive line since the team drafted him in the fifth round in 2022. He suffered a shoulder subluxation in the offseason, which is a similar injury to the one that kept him sidelined for most games last season.

Meanwhile, the Cowboys activated tight end Peyton Hendershot from IR this week. The former Indiana standout suffered an ankle injury that knocked him out just three weeks into the season. Prior to his move to IR, Hendershot was the No. 2 tight end on the depth chart behind Jake Ferguson. He had one reception for three yards, which came in the Week 3 loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
