Dana White teases impending deal with NASCAR
Dana White is quite the business man and now he’s about to dip his toes into NASCAR in a unique way.
White teased that NASCAR would get into the electric car business and he’ll be at the forefront. The UFC President plans to meet with the NASCAR brass after the 4th of July this summer.
Already an owner of two racing entities, White’s ready to expand.
“So we own Nitro Circus and we own Travis Pastrana’s Nitrocross, which is electric car racing,” White said on The Flagrant Podcast. “After the Fourth of July, I do Fourth of July at my house in Maine. I’m flying to NASCAR and we’re doing a deal with NASCAR. We’re gonna be the electric series for NASCAR. We’re working on that deal right now.”
What is Nitrocross? We’re glad you asked because it’s quite new and “groundbreaking.”
“Welcome to Nitrocross, the next frontier of motorsports, where the adrenaline doesn’t just pump—it soars,” the website reads. “Initially envisioned by Travis Pastrana, we have redefined the very essence of racing. No longer confined to just pavement or gravel, our races are battles waged on ground-breaking, sky-touching tracks designed to unleash the full power of world-class, high-performance electric vehicles.
“Nitrocross isn’t here to save the environment; just race it. We’re the most dynamic and electrifying racing league in the world. We defy gravity, break norms, and consistently deliver controlled chaos at its finest.”
Dana White: UFC President and NASCAR Electric (?) owner or president? Looks like he wants in on the ground floor of the future of racing.

Dana White has no update on Conor McGregor-Michael Chandler rumors
Dana White’s biggest superstar in the UFC is of course, Conor McGregor. But after a canceled press conference in Ireland, the MMA world is worried about UFC 303 on June 29.
The MMA Hour’s Ariel Helwani reported on his show Wednesday the plan is to move forward and everything is kosher. But nothing concrete has come out, not even from Dana White himself, who’s announced other cards and fights.
McGregor took to Instagram two separate times, posting “Thank you God” with a picture of his family and later a picture of him smiling on what appears to be an examination table.
Take that with what you will. Fans will be waiting, and waiting.
Until Dana White says something concrete in either direction, perhaps we’ll just assume UFC 303 is as is: McGregor vs. Chandler.
