After the Raiders fell to the Chiefs 30-29, star receiver Davante Adams shoved a camera man while walking off the field in anger. On the final play of the game for the Raiders, Adams collided with teammate Hunter Renfrow and was denied a chance to make a game-winning catch down the center of the field.

Adams was seen after the game slamming his helmet in anger, and then later the broadcast showed Adams shove a camera man passing by in front of him as he walked into the locker room.

The outburst was a strange sight at the NFL level, but Adams’ frustration was evident from the moment the game ended. Despite his high emotions, the moment being captured on camera almost certainly will raise questions from fans and a fine could likely be incoming.

Adams had a tremendous night on the field outside of the disappointing finish, racking up 124 yards receiving and two touchdowns in the loss. On the final drive of the game Adams appeared to make an incredible play on the sideline that was overturned by video review, just missing the catch by a split-second of timing.

On the Raiders’ final play, a designed route for Renfrow would have had him cut across the front of Adams’ deep route down the center of the defense. Renfrow was pressed at the line of scrimmage and the timing was thrown off, causing Renfrow to break to the outside at the exact moment as Adams was running straight ahead — colliding into each other as Derek Carr‘s pass fell harmlessly down the field.

For the Chiefs, the highlight of the night was the incredible game from tight end Travis Kelce. While Adams picked up two touchdowns on his big night, Kelce delivered all four receiving touchdowns for the Chiefs. After the game, Kelce mentioned that it was a special night for him and his mother both as she celebrated her birthday while he shined on Monday Night Football.
