Tennessee Titans star running back Derrick Henry absolutely loves going up against the Houston Texans. He’s dominated them time and time again. On Sunday afternoon, he was once again making quick work of the Texans and punched in his second rushing touchdown on the afternoon in the third quarter, giving him 75 career touchdowns. In doing so, he passed Eddie George as the franchise’s all-time touchdown leader.

Check out the historic run below.

Henry is also now the Titans’ all-time leader in rushing yards gained against the Texans franchise, passing Chris Johnson. He’s already rushed for over 100 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday’s game.

Derrick Henry continues to further cement his legacy as one of the greatest running backs ever to play the game

Simply put, he’s been one of the best running backs the game has ever seen on every level. Not only that, but he also plays the game with a great amount of class and grace. It’s hard to not love watching him run the football, unless you’re a fan of the opposing team, of course. He’ll likely end up in the Hall-of-Fame once it comes time to hang up his cleats and all of his accolades are remarkably well deserved.

Henry is still playing at a high level at a position where it’s remarkably difficult to do so for a long period of time, simply because of the volume of sustained hits and injuries that occur.

Fun fact: Henry is the only running back in the history of the game to run for over 2,000 yards in a season in high school (all four years of high school), college (2,219 yards), and the NFL (2,027 yards).

Coming out of Yulee High School (Yulee, Florida) Henry established himself as one of the greatest running backs in high school football history. He pounded and pummeled his way through defenders to the tune of 12,124 rushing yards–setting the national high school career rushing yards record. The record Henry broke, Ken Hall’s 11,232 rushing yards for Sugar Land High School (Texas) in the early 1950s, stood for 51 years.
