DK Metcalf injury update: Seahawks WR carted to locker room vs. Falcons
Seattle Seahawks (4-3) receiver DK Metcalf was carted to the locker room after suffering a knee injury in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s Week 7 road tilt against the Atlanta Falcons (4-3).
Metcalf did not return.
Metcalf was having another standout performance before leaving the game. He hauled in four catches for 99 yards, including a 31-yard touchdown just before half.
Metcalf entered Sunday’s game on a Pro Bowl pace, having hauled in 31 receptions for 469 yards and two scores. He is the fourth-leading receiver in the NFL.

Seahawks lose DK Metcalf, throttle Falcons in Atlanta
Metcalf’s exit came at a time where the result was no longer in doubt. The Seahawks picked up a 34-14 victory over the Falcons, snapping a three-game losing streak.
Metcalf played a key role in the blowout win, as did running back Kenneth Walker. Celebrating his 24th birthday, Walker rushed for 69 yards on 14 carries and one touchdown, to go along with two catches for 24 yards and another score.
