Just about everyone you could think of showed up to The Roast of Tom Brady, except Eli Manning — the quarterback who defeated the namesake in two Super Bowls.

However, that didn’t stop the night’s participants from taking aim at Brady via Manning’s 2-0 record versus Brady on football’s biggest stage. From Will Ferrell as Ron Burgundy to Eli Manning’s brother Peyton Manning, a myriad of shots were thrown Brady’s way for losing twice to the former New York Giants quarterback.

Many hoped Manning would show his face, and there were questions of where he was, but never fear, he took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to deliver one final blow on Monday morning. Check out Manning’s better late than never shot at Brady below, which may just be one of the best.

:I thought about attending the Roast of Tom Brady last night, but I did not want to Roast him for a 3rd time!!” Manning posted on X, in response to why he wasn’t in attendance.

That’s a pretty savage remark from Manning. We all know there’s no bad blood between the two quarterbacks, but it certainly sticks in Brady’s craw that he couldn’t defeat No. 10 and the New York Giants on two separate occasions.

Regardless, Tom Brady was an amazing spot during The Roast of Tom Brady, which was unlike anything many have seen. Eli Manning still got his shot off, putting a capper on a memorable night for TB12 and company.

The NFL legend successfully turned the tables on his roasters and even landed some punches on folks not in the building – including the Kansas City Chiefs and their No. 1 fan Taylor Swift.

“Kansas City, you say your stadium is the loudest?” Brady said during his rebuttal, “It helps when your fans are 14-year-old girls.”

“And in honor, of TayTay, let’s take a look at the Chiefs’ eras,” he continued. “Terrible for 50 years, good for five. Shake it off.”

Is Tom Brady nervous about the Chiefs upstaging his Patriots dynasty? Sounds like he might be. After all, Patrick Mahomes has won three Super Bowl rings in just five seasons.

Kansas City looks poised to chase yet another in 2024 with the majority of their stars returning. Taylor Swift’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, recently signed on the dotted line for a two-year raise that makes him the highest-paid tight end in the league.
