ESPN announces Bill Belichick as weekly 'ManningCast' guest for 2024 NFL season
ESPN announced Wednesday that six-time Super Bowl champion head coach Bill Belichick will join Peyton Manning and Eli Manning weekly on the Monday Night Football “ManningCast” during the 2024 NFL season.
Belichick, 72, will join the two former NFL quarterbacks during the first half each week. Peyton and Eli Manning will bring on additional guests during the second half, as they’ve done over the past couple years.
Belichick, who for the first time since 1974 will not be on an NFL sideline this season, continues to add to his plate as he enters the sports media landscape. In addition to being a weekly guest on the ‘ManningCast,” Belichick and Peyton Manning will host “The Breakdown with Peyton and Belichick.” The show will premiere on Friday, Sept. 6, with the two NFL legends providing a film room breakdown of the New York Jets and San Francisco 49ers, three days before their Week 1 matchup on Monday Night Football.
The 30-minute episode will release every Friday on ESPN+ and feature a film breakdown of the two teams playing that Monday night. There will be 11 episodes in the show’s inaugural season, the same amount of scheduled “ManningCast” telecasts.

Bill Belichick stacking his media commitments for 2024 NFL season
Belichick will also join “The Pat McAfee Show” every Monday during the NFL season. He made his debut appearance on the show during the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit this past April. In addition to his ESPN duties, Belichick will serve as an analyst on The CW’s “Inside the NFL” alongside former NFL’ers Ryan Clark, Chad Johnson and Chris Long.
It was announced Monday that he will replace Tom Brady on Jim Gray’s “Let’s Go!” podcast on SiriusXM this season. Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby will also be a part of the show. Belichick revealed in a statement that Brady recommended him to Gray.
“I thank Tom for recommending me. When the opportunity was presented by Jim I said, ‘Let’s Go,’” Belichick said. “When people say, ‘Let’s Go!’ it conveys a sense of camaraderie and teamwork that all involved share the same goals and excitement. And that’s exactly how I feel to be joining the ‘Let’s Go!’ team at SiriusXM.”
