Fan dies at Gillette Stadium during Patriots-Dolphins game after suffering 'medical event'

A fan attending Sunday’s Dolphins-Patriots NFL game at Gillette Stadium has died, according to a report. Boston 25 News reported on the tragic situation.

Per the report, 53-year-old Dale Mooney died after suffering an “apparent medical event.” He was located in the 308/309 section of the stadium and it occurred in the fourth quarter of the game.

Details regarding the situation remain unknown at this time. Per the District Attorney’s Office, no charges have been filed.
