Riding the momentum of a victory against No. 1 Auburn this past weekend, Florida hits the road to take on Mississippi State on Tuesday. Now the No. 3 Gators will look to avoid falling victim to an upset themselves in front of what is sure to be a rowdy crowd in Starkville.

The overall series between Florida and Mississippi State is pretty even, with the Gators having a 67-53 all-time advantage. They’ve also won three of the past four meetings but as just 26-35 in road matchups.

How to watch Florida vs. Mississippi State

Time: 7 p.m. ET – Tuesday, Feb. 11
Channel: ESPN2
Location: Humphrey Coliseum – Starkville, MS

Florida appears to be finding a rhythm of late as it had now won five of its past six contests. That includes a 90-81 win against Auburn on Saturday that came without Alijah Martin, the Gators’ second-leading scorer.

Martin, who averages 15.3 points per game, is expected to return to the court Tuesday. He and Walter Clayton, who had 19 points to lead Florida in the win against the Tigers.

Mississippi State will be eager to knock the Gators back down after their big win this past week and earn a resume-boosting victory in the process. They narrowly beat Georgia by a score of 76-75 over the weekend.

Josh Hubbard led the team with 16 points in that win while KeShawn Murphy chipped in 14 points and eight rebounds off the bench.
