Last season however, Woods had a much improved year and recorded a career high three interceptions with the Vikings. Alongside his interceptions Woods tallied 108 tackles, 72 solo tackles, and his first career sack. His improvement and talent have made him a quality starting safety in the NFL and Carolina hopes to have him shore up their secondary. Carolina’s defense only forced 9 interceptions last season, an area that they are looking to improve on certainly.
