Former NFL and Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon was reportedly arrested this weekend. A mug shot with arrest details for a man named Justin Carl Blackmon made its way online. It stated that Blackmon was arrested for public intoxication.

The reported arrest comes after Oklahoma State announced that Justin Blackmon will be inducted into the Cowboys Ring of Honor. The ceremony is set to take place on Nov. 15 when Oklahoma State takes on Kansas State at Boone Pickens Stadium.

Blackmon played for Oklahoma State from 2009-2011. During his time with the Cowboys, Blackmon caught 253 passes for 3,464 yards and 40 touchdowns. He was a two-time unanimous All-American and won the Biletnikoff Award in 2010 and 2011.

In 2012, the Jacksonville Jaguars selected Blackmon No. 5 overall in the draft. During his rookie season, the Oklahoma native caught 64 passes for 865 yards and five touchdowns and was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team. In 2013, Blackmon played in just four games because he was suspended twice by the NFL.

Before the 2014 season, Blackmon was arrested for possession of marijuana. He was arrested again in December 2015 for DUI and was sentenced to one year in jail in August 2016. The sentence was suspended pending the completion of one year of probation. He has not played in the NFL since the 2013 season.

“I have not heard anything and I guess I harbor a little bit of hope, but realistically I think when you’re away from the game for two and a half years, what you were once is not what you probably will be,” then-Jaguars general manager David Caldwell said in August 2015, per ESPN. “Your skills do erode, and especially if you’re not staying in tip-top shape and you’re not in football shape. I don’t know to expect, but I would say common sense would probably be if you haven’t played football in two and a half years, apparently, that’s not a priority for you.”

Last year, Blackmon was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. “It means a lot,” Blackmon said in December, per Sports Illustrated. “We just had a good group, good teammates. It was just a lot of fun going out there just doing what we do.”
