Georgia vs. Kentucky odds: Early point spread released, How to Watch
The Georgia Bulldogs (2-0) and the Kentucky Wildcats (1-1) are set for a Week 3 matchup and the odds are in.
The Bulldogs rolled in their Week 1 matchup, beating Tennessee Tech 48-3. Meanwhile, Kentucky took on SEC foe South Carolina and took a tough loss in front of the home crowd.
With the Wildcats playing host for the second straight week, it’s likely their toughest game of the year with the Bulldogs coming to town.
Georgia opened as a 24.5-point favorite, per FanDuel. The point total was set at 47.5. As far as the moneyline is concerned, Georgia is -4500 if you want to bet it straight up while Kentucky is +1600.

Georgia opened the season with a bang, beating down Clemson 34-3 in a nationally televised game in Week 1. After a slow start, the defense took over and Georgia’s offense woke up; a deadly combination for Kentucky to handle.
“They’ve got a really good defense, and we’re struggling to run the ball,” Kirby Smart said postgame. “I think we’ve got to hit a couple open guys. We thought a couple times on play-actions, we had shots where we didn’t hit them. But we’ve done a good job trying to keep them off-balance.
“I think the biggest thing is come out in the second half and being who we are. We get the ball to start. Look, I’ve got a lot of respect for this defense. They’ve got a lot of respect for our defense.”
Playing Georgia at home, Kentucky needs all the juice it can get from the fans. Head coach Mark Stoops shouted out the fans after the first game.
“I sincerely can’t even begin to thank the fans for what they were like,” Stoops said. “To go out there two hours after we were supposed to and see them. Going nuts and cheering us on and rooting us. That was truly amazing. Just now as Mitch and I were walking down we were discussing that we didn’t know what was going to transpire. We were just going to go down and communicate and get on the same page with them. A bunch of fans were still out there going that’s and I said be easy, the game is not over. Just great appreciation for our fan base.”
