Green Bay Packers cut Travis Fulgham from practice squad
The Green Bay Packers cut former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Travis Fulgham from their practice squad on Tuesday, according to Dov Kleiman. The 27-year old former sixth-round selection has made 17 appearances with three teams over his career before the 2022 season.
Travis Fulgham broke out in 2020 as a member of the Eagles when injuries led to an opportunity for him to start eight of his 13 appearances. He recorded 539 receiving yards and four touchdowns over that stretch before joining the Denver Broncos the next season.

While he has not recorded a catch or any counting stats with his other teams, he landed on the Packers practice squad hoping to break through into the team as a young wide receiver group developed in the preseason.

The Green Bay Packers defeated the Chicago Bears in the latest matchup in their storied rivalry, and Aaron Rodgers shared what it means. The Packers hosted the Bears and won 27-10 to improve to 1-1 on the season. With the win, Green Bay’s record against Chicago improved to 104-95-6 all-time — a fact that Rodgers was already aware of after the final whistle.

After the game NBC’s Melissa Stark caught up with Rodgers and running back Aaron Jones on the field and asked Rodgers what makes wins over Chicago so special, referencing his famous “I still own you” declaration from his last victory over the Bears.
“I love history and there’s a long history of games between these two teams. You know, we’ve won 104 times against them.”
“Not that you’re counting,” joked Stark during his answer.
“No, I think everybody in Green Bay is counting for sure,” said Rodgers with a smile.
Rodgers has not only been at the helm of a Packers team that has won six straight games against the Bears, he has been exceptional in each game. Sunday’s win was the fifth time in a row that Rodgers finished with a passer rating over 125 against Chicago.
