Green Bay Packers release final injury report vs New York Jets
Aaron Rodgers missed Wednesday’s practice for the Green Bay Packers, but it appears he’ll be a full go on Sunday against the New York Jets. However, it’s not all good news, according to the Packers’ final injury report on Friday.
Wide receiver Christian Watson missed his third straight practice and has been ruled out for Sunday’s game. Rodgers will still have weapons available on the offensive line, though, as neither David Bakhtiari nor Elgton Jenkins have injury designations for the game.
Rodgers also shed the injury designation despite dealing with a right thumb injury. He practiced in full Thursday and Friday, meaning he’ll be ready to roll against the Jets.

Here’s Green Bay’s full injury report for the game, which kicks off Sunday at noon ET.
Packers final injury report vs Jets
Out: LB Tipa Galeai (hamstring), WR Christian Watson (hamstring)
Watson is one of the promising rookie wide receivers Rodgers has to work with this season after the Packers took him in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He didn’t practice all week due to the injury and was targeted just once in last week’s loss to the New York Giants in London. That could mean more opportunities for Romeo Doubs to make some noise at receiver.

No injury designation: T David Bakhtiari (knee), G/T Elgton Jenkins (knee), TE Marcedes Lewis (rest), QB Aaron Rodgers (right thumb), DL Devonte Wyatt (quadricep)
Green Bay head coach Matt LaFleur didn’t sound concerned about Rodgers’ thumb injury when he met the media earlier this week, and any concerns were squashed when the two-time reigning MVP didn’t receive an injury designation. The defense also got some good news when Wyatt — the former Georgia star — didn’t receive a designation and will be able to go against the Jets.
