Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers did not receive a game status on Friday’s injury report for the Packers but is expected to play on Sunday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills. He’s been dealing with a right thumb injury and was limited in practice on Thursday and Friday. Rodgers did not practice at all on Wednesday.

Despite his injury, the two-time reigning NFL MVP started against the Washington Commanders last Sunday and went 23-of-35 for 194 yards and two touchdowns. Despite having Rodgers’ services out on the field, Green Bay dropped its third-straight game ahead of this week’s matchup against the Buffalo Bills.

Packers head man Matt LaFleur said this week’s routine with Rodgers’ practice schedule would be like it was last week. He’s expected to be ready to start on Sunday.

Other players that did not receive game statuses but are expected to play Sunday night are receiver Sammy Watkins, who’s been dealing with a hamstring issue. Tight end Marcedes Lewis also wasn’t given a game status on the report but is expected to play after being a full participant in practice on Friday. He did not practice at all on Thursday, but that was due to just taking a veteran rest day, according to Friday’s injury report.

Elsewhere on the list, linebacker Rashan Gary was listed as questionable after practicing in full on Friday. The Packers’ offensive line has not been in sync all year and part of that has to do with the health of tackle David Bakhtiari and tackle Elgton Jenkins. Bakhtiari practiced in a limited capacity on Friday and Jenkins was a limited participant for Thursday and Friday. Wide receiver Christian Watson practiced in a limited capacity on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. He’s been dealing with a hamstring issue. All four players are listed as questionable heading into Sunday night’s matchup.

One important note is that Packers’ receiver Allen Lazard has been ruled out of Sunday night’s game after not practicing the past three days. He’s been officially ruled out with a shoulder injury.

Check out the full list below.
