Every single weekend players across the country continue to put up impressive performances on college football’s biggest stages. All while making the case why they should be invited to New York in December to receiver college football’s most prestigious individual award, the Heisman Trophy.

The Heisman may not be won in October, but several players have started off the season in the right way to make strong early cases. Constantly moving up and down the odds to win the award in what’s shaping out to be an epic Heisman race.

FanDuel Sportsbook recently updated their odds for the Heisman Trophy winner after a college football weekend filled with upset wins and signature individual performances. Check out FanDuel’s latest odds for the Heisman following Week 6 below.

Ashton Jeanty, Boise State – RB (+240)

After having the fourth-best odds to take home the Heisman Trophy heading into Week 6, Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty skyrocketed up to the top of the odds following another video game-type performance. Rushing for 186 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Utah State this weekend.

Jeanty is unequivocally the best running back in college football right now and the only player in the top 20 hailing from the Group of Five. Jeanty currently leads the nation with 1,031 rushing yards, 16 touchdowns, and 10.9 yards per carry.

Travis Hunter, Colorado – CB/WR (+320)

The Colorado Buffaloes had a bye in Week 6, but that didn’t stop two-way superstar Travis Hunter from climbing up the Heisman odds. Hunter jumped from +500 to +320 likely based on the performances from his competition.

No player in the country has played more snaps this season than Hunter, who’s looked like a generational talent. The cornerback/receiver has two interceptions, three pass breakups, 15 tackles, and a game-winning forced fumble on defense while being Colorado’s top wide receiver with 46 receptions for 561 yards and six touchdowns.

Cam Ward, Miami – QB (+450)

Week after week, Cam Ward continues to dazzle and look like one of, if not the, best quarterback in the country. His latest feat? Leading a 20-point fourth quarter comeback on Saturday to keep Miami undefeated in a 39-38 win over Cal.

Ward has now put together two straight fourth-quarter comeback performances to open up ACC play, all while leading the nation with 2,219 yards and 20 touchdown passes this season.

Jalen Milroe, Alabama – QB (+900)

Milroe took a big drop after leading the pack in Heisman odds following his strong performance in Alabama’s signature win over Georgia. That drop is in line with a 40-35 upset loss to unranked Vanderbilt, falling from +220 to +900 odds to win the Heisman Trophy.

Milroe still managed to throw for 310 yards and score two touchdowns against the Commodores on Saturday. He’s still regarded by most as the best dual-threat quarterback in the country with 1,557 total yards and 20 total touchdowns on the year.

Dillon Gabriel, Oregon – QB (+1400)

The Ducks have not been consistent all season long. Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel, meanwhile, has been the definition of consistent, completing a whopping 77.8% of his passes this season for 1,449 yards and 14 total touchdowns so far.

Gabriel threw an uncharacteristic two interceptions in his last game against Michigan State. He’ll look to clean things up a little bit ahead of Oregon’s biggest game of the season this weekend against Ohio State. It serves as a huge opportunity for Gabriel to have his Heisman moment.

Carson Beck, Georgia – QB (+1400)

Beck took a large drop in the Heisman odds down to +2500 following Georgia’s loss to Alabama. But now takes a step in the other direction after leading the Bulldogs to a 31-13 win over Auburn behind 240 yards and two touchdowns.

Even when Georgia lost to Alabama, Beck posted a career-high 439 yards along with three touchdowns in a valiant comeback effort. Beck currently has 1,359 yards and 12 touchdowns passes on the season with his three interceptions all coming against the Crimson Tide.

Jaxson Dart, Ole Miss – QB (+1600)

Dart’s odds took a similar dip to Beck’s after the Rebels lost at home in upset fashion to Kentucky in Week 5. Throwing for a season-low 261 yards and just one touchdown in a loss that makes Ole Miss’ road to the College Football Playoff a lot more challenging.

He failed to find the end zone in this weekend’s 27-3 win over South Carolina, but he’s still been a yardage monster this year. Ranking second in the nation only behind Ward with 2,100 yards through the air this season.

Quinn Ewers, Texas – QB (+1800)

Quinn Ewers still manages to keep his name in the Heisman conversation despite missing the last two games with injury. Ewers suffered an abdominal injury in Week 3 that’s kept him sidelined ever since for the top-ranked team in the country.

In his three game appearances, Ewers has thrown for 691 yards and eight touchdowns. And even though he may have some work to do statically compared to his competition, being the quarterback of the No. 1 team in the nation surely helps.

Cade Klubnik, Clemson – QB (+1800)

Not many have risen up the Heisman Trophy ranks quite like Clemson signal caller Cade Klubnik. With many counting him and the Tigers out following their lopsided loss to Georgia to open up the season.

Since that game, Clemson has had one of the best offenses in the entire country. Led by Klubnik who has thrown for 1,219 and 14 scores while also rushing for 168 yards and four touchdowns on the ground.

Nico Iamaleava, Tennessee – QB (+3000)

Rounding out the Top 10 is redshirt freshman Nico Iamaleava, who dropped from +1800 odds to +3000 following the worst game of his young college career in an upset loss to Arkansas over the weekend.

Iamaleava completed 58.6% of his passes with just 158 yards and failed to reach the end zone against the Razorbacks in the Vols’ first loss of the season. But given the nature of Tennessee’s offense, there’s no question he can continue to grow and post some bigger numbers throughout the season.
