UCLA is currently a 27.5 point favorite over California Baptist, according to FanDuel. The over-under for the game is set at 152.5 points.
The Bruins are clearly heavy favorites, but you never know what can happen in March. UCLA is back in the NCAA Tournament for the second consecutive year. The Bruins advanced to the Sweet 16 in 2023, before falling 59-43 to South Carolina.
UCLA is not in the same bracket as the Gamecocks this season, but they still got a tough draw. Iowa is the No. 1 seed in the bracket, with defending national champion LSU the 3 seed.
There is plenty of work for the Bruins to do before that, though, as they would not face LSU until potentially the Sweet 16 and Iowa until potentially the Elite 8.
