Jack Jones appears to taunt child Chiefs fans following pick-six
The Kansas City Chiefs and the Las Vegas Raiders renewed their rivalry on Christmas Day. It’s a game with very little love loft and for Raiders defensive back Jack Jones that extends to the fans.
After he scored a touchdown on a pick-six, Jones celebrated by running to the stands and celebrating. At one point he went up to a young Kansas City fan and gestured like he was going to give him the ball. Then, he pulled it back quickly.
You can watch Jones fake out a young Chiefs fan, here:
This was a move that fans will probably view differently, depending on what team they root for. Raiders fans could argue it was a joke between rivals and not that serious, while Chiefs fans could argue it was wrong to make the joke at a kid’s expense.
Of course, it will also be interesting to see if Jack Jones ever tries to explain what was going through his head when he pulled the ball back.
The game itself has been sloppy throughout. In particular, the offenses struggled to do anything in the first half of the game. Instead, in the first half, the only two touchdowns were both defensive scores. The Jack Jones interception was the second of the two and came immediately after the first defensive score. So, for the defense, it was an emotionally charged series of plays.
The Raiders came into the game needing to win to stay alive in the hunt for a spot in the playoffs. However, it’s also a big game for the Chiefs as they try and improve their position in the playoffs.

Andy Reid bumps, disciplines Travis Kelce after tight end launches helmet on sideline
Amid the frustrating game for the Kansas City offense, Travis Kelce launched his helmet. That, in turn, led to Kansas City head coach Andy Reid getting frustrated with how his star was acting and going over to discipline him.
While disciplining him, Reid both wouldn’t let him get his helmet back and was later seen bumping into him while speaking to him.
It’s hard to say whether or not Reid’s message made it to Kelce. However, the offense didn’t improve right away in what continued to be a frustrating Christmas for Kansas City.
This all happened with Taylor Swift in attendance. Previously, she had been seen coming into the game alongside Santa Claus to celebrate the holiday at the game.
