ESPN released its latest 2024 NFL head coach hiring predictions which includes Jim Harbaugh’s predicted destination.

The Michigan head coach has yet to decide what to do, which could include returning to Ann Arbor and not going back to the pros. He already has two completed interviews to his name.

Here are the latest NFL head coaching positions, including a Harbaugh destination.

Atlanta Falcons

Predicted head coach: Bill Belichick

Belichick interviewed with Arthur Blank’s franchise and this could end up being the fit, per ESPN. If the former Patriots head coach finds the right quarterback, this could be a readymade roster to win the NFC South in 2024.

Carolina Panthers

Predicted head coach: Brian Callahan

Callahan has a lot of responsibility in Cincinnati as the offensive coordinator, although he’s not the play caller. Still, it’s hard to deny his impact on Joe Burrow, at least when he’s healthy. Perhaps this is the right man to help Bryce Young develop properly in Year 2.

Las Vegas Raiders

Antonio Pierce

Predicted head coach: Antonio Pierce

Pierce went 5-4 as the team’s interim coach and nearly revived the team to get to the postseason. Everyone in the locker room loves the former Super Bowl champion as he brings the right energy. Heck, Maxx Crosby wants out of the franchise if Pierce isn’t the new head coach.

Predicted head coach: Jim Harbaugh

Here it is, here’s where the Michigan head coach is going, per ESPN predictions. Harbaugh interviewed with LA as well as the Falcons, but it seems like going out west is the best spot for him. He has Justin Herbert, a talented offense and pieces on defense. Can he gel it all together if he goes there?

Seattle Seahawks

Mike Vrabel-Titans

Predicted head coach: Mike Vrabel

Vrabel was surprisingly let go by the Tennessee Titans but it feels like Seattle is the right place for him. Now that Pete Carroll is gone, the feeling is Vrabel can reinstitute a hard nosed approach to the team. However, ESPN’s Dan Graziano is going off a hunch for this prediction.

Predicted head coach: Aaron Glenn

The Lions’ Detroit Lions defensive coordinator could be the guy. So essentially the Titans trade one defensive mind for another. According to Graziano, Glenn has a lot of appeal as a former player himself, like Vrabel did initially.

Washington Commanders

Junfu Han / USA TODAY NETWORK

Predicted head coach: Ben Johnson

Here’s where the Commanders can really jump start the rebuild. Getting an offensive mind like Johnson is a quality choice. Look at what he’s done with Jared Goff to get him back on track. Then the Commanders could have Johnson coach up Sam Howell or one of the top quarterbacks in the draft this spring.

Now that the predictions are in, we’ll see what directions these teams go in as well if there are any other openings. The Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles have a lot of buzz as potential openings, but nothing imminent with Mike McCarthy and Nick Sirianni.
