The ARCA Menards Series roster for Joe Gibbs Racing has been finalized and announced. It is a four-driver group behind the No. 18 in 2025. Fans are going to see two drivers who are now full-time in NASCAR come back down for some ARCA action.

Joe Gibbs Racing is putting Max Reaves, Brent Crews, William Sawalich, and Gio Ruggiero in the No. 18 car. That car will race in a variety of ARCA races.

Brent Crews and Max Reaves are still underage. 16 and 15 years old, respectively, these two will not be able to race on oval tracks larger than 1.25 miles in length. Sawalich and Ruggiero are two talented drivers experiencing their first full-time NASCAR schedule in 2025.

For Sawalich, it’s a rookie campaign in the Xfinity Series. For Ruggiero, it’s the Truck Series. Both will have time in this ARCA car, though.

When it comes to winning races, Brent Crews is elite. He is the youngest winner in the POWRi Lucas Oil National Midget Series (13 years), the youngest Trans-Am Series winner and champion (at 14 and 15 years old), and is one of the youngest winners ever in ARCA.

There are a ton of people who are heavily invested in Crews and his development. Then there is Max Reaves. Fans will know him as the 14-year-old, at the time, that Joe Gibbs Racing signed to a development deal.

Reaves is the son of Cook Out co-owner Jeremy Reaves. Fun fact, the 15-year-old will be the first driver born in the 2010s to compete in an ARCA event.

Joe Gibbs Racing putting Brent Crew in spotlight

This season is going to be the season that NASCAR fans are truly introduced to the talent that is Brent Crews. Those who have kept up with the ARCA Menards Series the last two years have already seen him race, but there is much more to see.

In only eight national series starts in ARCA, Crews has two wins and six top-5 finishes. The only races he does not have a top-5 finish at are a DNF at Dover in 2024 and a 2023 race at Salem where he was plagued with mechanical issues.

Joe Gibbs Racing sees Crews as a number one draft pick. He is in the same group as Connor Zilisch when it comes to up-and-coming talent. A driver they can’t give up. He will get Truck Series starts with Tricon Garage this season as well, nine total. And I won’t be shocked if he wins a race or two.

There hasn’t been much Brent Crew can’t handle on a race track. When he gets behind the wheel, he is in his zone. This season is very important for Crews and his development. It should show that he is indeed the real deal.
