After a terrific week at the NFL combine, FOX Sports analyst Joel Klatt has one team where Oregon quarterback Bo Nix would fit like a glove.

On his YouTube show, Klatt first complimented the job Nix did at the combine, going through measurements and drills unlike some of the other top QBs in the draft.

“Bo Nix slayed it in the interviews, like I knew he would,” said Klatt, who only reiterated his strong feelings on the potential of the former Duck at the next level. “This dude is a point guard. He’s accurate, he’s athletic, he does everything well. So, Bo Nix did a nice job for himself.”

For those reasons, there’s one team, and specifically, one coach, who he believes Nix fits alongside perfectly.

I’ve said this to you in my first mock draft, I will say it again: Bo Nix fits with the Denver Broncos perfectly. He and Sean Payton should absolutely be a marriage, and I think that that could be a really good marriage for about the next 10 years.”

There’s the call from Joel Klatt. He believes the Denver Broncos ought to use their first-rounder (or perhaps a second-rounder depending on how things unfold) to scoop up the elder Nix, who could potentially start right away for a Denver team that appears likely to split with current QB Russell Wilson after two largely unsuccessful seasons of partnership following the trade over from Seattle.

Klatt isn’t alone with his opinion, though, as DraftKings also made the Broncos the most likely destination for Nix when it comes to the odds of which team will pick him. You can view those here:
