John Hunter Nemechek announces return of longtime sponsors including Pye-Barker, ROMCO
Just when we thought John Hunter Nemechek and Legacy Motor Club couldn’t have any more sponsorship announcement, they find more. Nemechek is welcoming back a few longtime sponsors including Pye-Barker Fire & Safety and ROMCO Equipment for the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season.
John Hunter Nemechek had that epic celebration last season where he burned his tires down until they caught fire, then the Pye-Barker crew on hand that day at the track came to put it out.
Pye-Barker is coming back. ROMCO is back, and Albertsons Companies returns to sponsor Nemechek. Those products include Dial, all, Persil, and Snuggle.
Baja Vida Beef Jerky will also be featured on Nemechek’s No. 42 Toyota Camry XSE.
“It really means a lot to me to continue our relationship with these great partners as we head into the new season. They have all stuck with me since my days of racing in the Truck Series, and I’ve been able to see their commitment to our program grow over the years, and so now for them be able to enter the Cup Series along with me is a great feeling. I can’t be thankful enough for all their support.” said Nemechek in a press release.
Last season, John Hunter Nemechek earned plenty of wins for his sponsors. He took home a checkered flag seven times, more than any other driver in the Xfinity Series last year.

So, Nemechek will try to take his winning ways to the Cup Series.
John Hunter Nemechek has big sponsors in 2024
It’s great to have longtime sponsors continue to stick with a driver. John Hunter is happy to have these brands come with him to the Cup Series as he makes his return. However, these aren’t the biggest sponsors Nemechek has in 2024.
Legacy Motor Club announced a major partnership earlier this month. The organization is teaming up with Dollar Tree-Family Dollar for the entire NASCAR season. For all 38 weeks, there will be at least one Dollar Tree or Family Dollar car on the track in the Cup Series.
The dollar store brands are sponsoring John Hunter Nemechek, Erik Jones, and Jimmie Johnson during the 2024 season.
Legacy went from a team that looked to barely be hanging on to one that is ready to make some noise. There is clearly more funding at Legacy now, Toyota is taking things seriously with this team, and the sponsors are there to help however they can.
What are your expectations for Nemechek and the rest of Legacy Motor Club in 2024?
