Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love is participating in Wednesday’s practice, per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic.

Love’s availability for Sunday’s NFC Wild Card Round game against the Philadelphia Eagles has been in question after he suffered an elbow injury in the regular season finale against the Chicago Bears. Love said he lost feeling in his throwing hand after falling on his arm in the second quarter. Love, who left the game and did not return, told reporters he still didn’t feel 100%. Asked if he felt good about his chances of playing in Philadelphia, Love responded, “yes.”

Head coach Matt LaFleur said Love could have gone back in the game if they needed him to.

“He was good to go back in,” LaFleur said after the game. “In fact, we thought there was a chance he was going to have to go back in the game because Malik got his thumb hit and couldn’t really feel it. But I thought Malik Went in there and thought he played tough, man. Thought he did a lot of good things and gave guys an opportunity.”

Love completed 7-of-12 passes for 69 yards before exiting the game. He made way for Malik Willis, who threw for 136 yards on 10-of-13 passing. The Packers dropped their second consecutive game and aren’t exactly rolling heading into the postseason. They’ll need Love to be at his best to have a chance in Philadelphia, facing a team which finished the season winning 12 of its last 13 games.

Love, who missed two games earlier this season with a left knee injury, finished his 2024 campaign throwing for 3,389 yards, 25 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
