Green Bay Packers (1-1) quarterback Jordan Love returned to practice Wednesday for the first time since suffering an MCL sprain in the 34-29 Week 1 defeat to the Philadelphia Eagles (1-1).

Love took part in all of the early drills wearing a sleeve on his left leg, per Rob Demovsky of ESPN.

Love, 25, did not play in this past Sunday’s 16-10 Week 2 win over the Indianapolis Colts (0-2). Malik Willis got the start and led Green Bay to victory. Willis completed 12-of-14 passes for 122 yards and one touchdown. He added 41 yards on six carries. The Packers were able to lean on their ground game, with offseason addition Josh Jacobs rushing for 151 yards on 32 carries. Green Bay ran for 261 yards as a team.

“I have no idea right now [about Love’s availability for Week 3],” LaFleur said. “Believe me, they’ll let us know. But I would assume that he’s, I mean, I did see Jordan in the training room. I know he’s doing everything he can. If he’s ready, he’ll be ready. If he’s not, then we’ll proceed with Malik.”

The Packers go on the road to play the Tennessee Titans (0-2) in Week 3 this Sunday. If Love can’t go, it’ll be a revenge game for Willis, whom the Titans traded to the Packers ahead of the season opener.
