Kentucky vs. Duke odds: Current line, win probability, final score prediction, how to watch
The Champions Classic will feature one of the bluest of blue blood matchups tomorrow night when No. 19 Kentucky vs. No. 6 Duke tips off in Atlanta.
The Top-20 meeting between the Wildcats and the Blue Devils will feature two very different teams coming into this season.
Kentucky is as mature as they’ve ever been on their roster with an entirely new team that comprises of nine transfers, eight of which are upperclassmen and seven of which are either seniors or graduate students. That, paired with the approach of their new head coach in Mark Pope, has UK off to a 2-0 start where they’re averaging 101.5 points.
Duke, though, while still having experienced pieces, is as young as they are talented with the No. 1 recruiting class of six freshmen, including the No. 1 prospect in the sport in Cooper Flagg. They have been impressive to open the year as well with an average margin of victory of 38 points in their start at 2-0 too.
As for the Champions Classic itself, Duke and Kentucky have opposite overall records in this season-opening event. The Blue Devils are tied with Kansas with the best record in the classic at 8-5 while the Wildcats are tied with Michigan State at the other end of that at 5-8.
With that, here’s how this game between all-time programs sets up ahead of Tuesday night inside State Farm Arena:
