Kevin Harvick reacts to NASCAR countersuit vs. 23XI, FRM: 'We need Judge Judy back'

Besides the races every week, the biggest story in NASCAR right now is the legal battle raging on. Kevin Harvick has a solution. Daytime TV court shows. Let’s settle this like Americans – on TV in front of someone who may or may not be an actual judge or lawyer.
NASCAR has filed a countersuit against 23XI Racing, Front Row Motorsports, and Curtis Polk. They claim that it is the teams who have participated in uncompetitive behavior.
Speaking on his Happy Hour podcast, Kevin Harvick talked about the new update in the lawsuit. He knows this is going to be around for most of, if not the entire, season.
“Well, it’s a game now and both sides are swinging hard,” Harvick explained. “The gloves are definitely off and I think that obviously we don’t know the details of everything that goes with those claims that will come out over the next little bit of time. But it sure doesn’t look like this is going away any time soon. It seems like this is gonna go on for the rest of the season and the wounds are going to continuously get deeper.”
Joking with his cohorts a bit, Kevin Harvick brought up a good point. Let’s get these parties on TV in front of the only judge a majority of Americans can agree with.
“We need Judge Judy back,” Harvick said, smiling.
All jokes aside, this is grown-up court. It isn’t a TV show small claims case. There are millions of dollars riding on this lawsuit and how the courts rule. Right now, for the time being, NASCAR appears to be on the ropes. 23XI and Front Row have been building legal wins.

Kevin Harvick makes his pick for Las Vegas Cup race
This weekend in Las Vegas, Kevin Harvick will once again be in the FOX booth. He has made his pick already ahead of practice and qualifying. Does he believe in Christopher Bell and his quest for four straight wins?
“I’m riding my horse,” Harvick said. “I’m going to ride him right through Vegas too. Can’t beat old Mo. Momentum is key.”
In any sport, you feed the hot hand. Going to Las Vegas this week is a gift for Bell and his team. They already won on the tracks where they don’t have a great advantage. Going to the intermediate oval in Vegas puts Bell on a track where he will be more than comfortable.
There are a number of great drivers that could win this weekend. Kyle Larson, Tyler Reddick, Joey Logano, Ryan Blaney, William Byron – all are capable of winning. Bubba Wallace is one to watch as an outside threat this Sunday as well.
