Right now, the NASCAR All-Star Race couldn’t be going worse for Kyle Busch. So, he decided to get a tweet off while he drove around North Wilkesboro. There are some drivers finding their groove in this race, and Busch is not one of them. Things have gone from bad to worse for the Richard Childress Racing driver.

You could explain the first half of this race as the race of two Kyles. You have Kyle Busch in last place, two laps down and apparently tweeting during the race. Then, you have Kyle Larson driving a rocketship around the track and dominating.

This race isn’t for points, so why not get some social media interactions? Again, I remind you this was sent in the middle of the NASCAR All-Star Race.

While I’m sure that the tweet above was sent by a social media manager or even Busch’s wife Samantha, I refuse to believe it. In my mind, Rowdy had his iPhone out, racing glove off, and was hitting send on that tweet. No one can make me believe otherwise.

Some fans were in the replies making jokes, too.

“Kyle it’s dangerous to text and drive,” one reply said.

“Kyle stop tweeting until the race is over. It’s dangerous,” another fan tweeted.

Soon after going two laps down and this tweet, Kyle Busch hit up pit road to get good fresh tires. There is a lot to be said about tires on this track, that has always been the name of the game at North Wilkesboro. Whatever Busch thinks he is going to be able to do, he needs to start doing it.

Kyle Busch needs something to happen now

By the time the competition caution came out at the halfway point, Kyle Busch started to move up. However, he didn’t move up far enough to get the free pass on the restart. This is going to be a long night for Busch and his team as they try to climb out of this hole that they are in.

With Kyle Larson finding the right path on this track and putting up a 12-second lead at one point, no one seems to have an answer for the 5. However, they run the entire race for a reason. Some drivers started to move up at the end of that first 100 laps, but Larson seems to be on a different level.

For drivers like Kyle Busch, they have to make a decision. This is the All-Star Race. This is North Wilkesboro! You have got to make something happen no matter where you are in the field.

It doesn’t look like the 8 is going to find its way to Victory Lane, but I wouldn’t count Busch out no matter what. He’s one of the best to ever do it and until that somehow changes, I am not one to doubt. Still, it doesn’t look like anyone can beat Larson tonight.
