Kyle Busch threatens to wreck ‘douchebag’ Carson Hocevar in epic rant, flips him off at Atlanta Motor Speedway

That first stage in Atlanta went by fast. While there wasn’t a wreck there was a lot of hard racing between drivers like Kyle Busch and Carson Hocevar. In fact, the two Chevy NASCAR teammates had a little bit of bad blood after that opening stint.
Carson Hocevar is a young, aggressive driver. Sounds a lot like a guy we all call Rowdy now. The Spire Motorsports driver came from deep in the field to find himself in the top-10 at the end of the stage.
Kyle Busch apparently didn’t take too kindly to Hocevar’s driving. HE threatened to wreck him on the radio when talking to his crew chief and spotter.
Check out the video with audio from Eric Estepp, host of Out of the Groove on YouTube.
“Go tell that 77 he’s done that same f***ing move ten times. I don’t care if I wreck the whole f***ing field, I’m over him. He’s a f***ing douchebag, I’m going to wreck his ass.”
And Kyle Busch let Carson Hocevar know how he felt, too. With his hand.
Josh Berry was great in that opening stage. All of the Penske cars were strong. Berry picked up the stage win with Austin Cindric right there with him. William Byron, Bubba Wallace, Chase Elliott, Tyler Reddick, Todd Gilliland, Ryan Blaney, Carson Hocevar, and Joey Logano made up the rest of the top-10 in the stage.

Kyle Busch fuming at Carson Hocevar
I get why Kyle Busch is upset with Carson Hocevar. He has to race this young kid who is barely out of his rookie year and the guy is racing like a madman. But it is so good for NASCAR and for the fans in the stands and at home.
If things keep going this way for Hocevar, his driver cam on Max is going to be one of the most watched this season. He’s already received an endorsement somewhat from Dale Earnhardt Jr.
“Just leave a camera on [Carson Hocevar] and we will all be entertained today,” Dale Jr. posted on X/Twitter. “Man the racing in the middle of the pack is wild. The onboard roof cameras are great for races like today also.”
Kyle Busch and other drivers might hate it, but for those watching at home, it’s awesome. We need aggressive drivers trying to earn their spot in this series. Hocevar has a ton of talent and a lot of courage. Some might say immature or overly aggressive, but it’s exciting to watch.
