Kyle Busch and his wife Samantha celebrated their anniversary in a fitting setting for a couple who have been so prominent in the world of NASCAR for many years.

According to the two-time Cup Series champion, the couple celebrated the date at the dirt track. Not many husbands would be able to get away with that.

Check out the photos below. Busch shared them to X (formerly known as Twitter), along with a sweet message for his wife.

“It takes a special woman for spending her anniversary at a dirt track,” Busch posted on X, formerly known as Twitter. “Thank you for putting up with so much and making my life special. I Love you (heart emoji).”

While the NASCAR Cup Series won’t be returning to dirt in 2024, Busch is a racer through and through, and he’s hoping to broaden the horizons of his racing career, as well as his son Brexton’s abilities. His wife Samantha has been there every step of the way.

The Busch family will continue to be a prominent force in the racing world, even if Kyle decided to sell Kyle Busch Motorsports earlier last year. If they’re spending their anniversaries at the track, they’re not going anywhere.

Kyle Busch reveals the one car his wife doesn’t want son Brexton to race

Moreover, the father-son duo of Kyle and Brexton Busch were at the Tulsa Shootout racing on the dirt with the nation’s best over the weekend. During his time there, the NASCAR champion got into a wreck during his heat race in the Non-Winged Stock division.

However, that isn’t all of the news from the Busch family. The Tulsa Shootout has been a new thing in recent years for Rowdy and his son. With Brexton coming up in racing, his dad is trying to get him all of the experience possible.

With dirt racing, Kyle Busch hopes his son will learn car control, not unlike Christopher Bell and Kyle Larson. There is one thing that Brexton, AKA BRex, likely won’t race, at least as a kid – Midget cars.

Right now, he’s going through the Junior Sprints. Soon, he’ll go up to Micros. Those Midget cars are a no-go as far as Samantha Busch is concerned.

“Yeah, probably get to micros, maybe midgets,” Brexton said in an interview with FloRacing. “My mom doesn’t want me to get into midgets, though.”

When it was time for dad Kyle Busch to speak up, he echoed the sentiment. Mom does not want Brexton in those cars. But, Dad might let him.

“Exactly. Mom would not like the midget class. But we’ll give it a whirl one day, we’ll see how that goes,” Busch said. “See what we like doing throughout the micros.”
