No. 1 Texas vs. No. 18 Oklahoma

Kickoff: 3:30 p.m.
TV: ABC

Texas and Oklahoma are getting together for their annual hoedown in Dallas, with the Longhorns entering the Red River Showdown as hefty favorites. But history would tell that Oklahoma is likely to cover, as eight of the last 10 matchups have been decided by one score or less.

FanDuel point spread: Texas -14.5
FanDuel over/under: 48.5

No. 2 Ohio State at No. 3 Oregon

Kickoff: 7:30 p.m.
TV: NBC

Ohio State and Oregon meet in what could be a deciding contest in who wins the Big Ten regular season crown — and it could be a preview of the Big Ten title game in December. Either way, it’s a Top 5 matchup in primetime in one of the sports iconic settings.

FanDuel point spread: Ohio State -3.5
FanDuel over/under: 54.5

No. 4 Penn State at USC

Kickoff: 3:30 p.m.
TV: CBS

The last time these two teams met, USC won a classic in the Rose Bowl, 52-49. Some seven-plus years later, Penn State travels to the Coliseum as a Top 5 team and a road favorite. USC enters needing to likely win out to keep it’s College Football Playoff hopes alive.

FanDuel point spread: Penn State -3.5
FanDuel over/under: 50.5

No. 5 Georgia vs. Mississippi State

Kickoff: 4:15 p.m.
TV: SEC Network

Georgia recovered nicely from a loss to Alabama, besting rival Auburn in a grind. Now the Bulldogs get to host likely the worst team in the SEC in Mississippi State are are correspondingly heavy favorites. Saturday could be a get-right afternoon for the Bulldogs.

FanDuel point spread: Georgia -33.5
FanDuel over/under: 54.5

No. 7 Alabama vs. South Carolina

Kickoff: Noon
TV: ABC

Alabama needs a bounce-back win after a stunning upset loss last week, but South Carolina is certainly capable of springing a trap. But after getting stung last week, FanDuel doesn’t think Alabama gets caught napping twice.

No. 8 Tennessee vs. Florida

Kickoff: 7 p.m.
TV: ESPN

Florida’s season was looking lost through the early part of the season, but the Gators have managed to find some solid form of late. But that isn’t going to matter much as FanDuel projects Tennessee to win by a handful of scores, even with the offense struggling of late.

FanDuel point spread: Tennessee -16.5
FanDuel over/under: 57.5

No. 9 Ole Miss at No. 13 LSU

Kickoff: 7:30 p.m.
TV: ABC

Ole Miss and LSU played a barn burner last year and 2024 doesn’t seem to portend much different. Two high-octane offenses and some less-than-stingy defenses mean this could be high scoring — and close, as FanDuel has it projected.

FanDuel point spread: Ole Miss -3.5
FanDuel over/under: 62.5

No. 10 Clemson at Wake Forest

Kickoff: Noon
TV: ESPN

Since getting shoved in a locker in Week 1, Clemson has flourished. The Tiger defense remains stout and the offense has finally found a higher gear. As such, The Tigers are strong favorites on the road.

FanDuel point spread: Clemson -20.5
FanDuel over/under: 62.5
