Le'Veon Bell doubles down, torches Fletcher Cox over 'wearing a blouse' on ESPN in new video
Former Pittsburgh great Le’Veon Bell has had plenty of free time on his hands once his hung his cleats up. But as you might imagine, he’s been spending plenty of his free time watching football. Bell has not been shy about making fun of a number of different things on his Twitter account. And when he saw former Eagles’ star Fletcher Cox wearing a certain shirt with his suit, Bell simply couldn’t resist but to joke about it.
It immediately drew a response from Cox, who was clearly furious with Bell. Plenty of others on the internet have also joined in on roasted Cox. And the former Pittsburgh Steeler star has refused to let it go. He even came out with a video on Friday night, torching Cox even more.
While this looks to just be an internet beef, it’s no surprise that the two took a shot at one another over social media given their NFL affiliations.
Cox played his entire 12-year pro career with the Philadelphia Eagles, while Bell is best known for his stint with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Being a part integral of two cross-state rival franchises, their paths did cross a time or two during their NFL careers.

More on Le’Veon Bell and Fletcher Cox and their NFL careers
Still, Bell played just five seasons in Pittsburgh before becoming a journeyman in the latter stages of his career. Rumors at the time revealed that Bell may have flirted with the idea of coming to Philadelphia in 2018, but that was later revealed to be hearsay. Bell later signed with the New York Jets and retired after the 2021 season.
Cox is recently retired, too, hanging up the cleats in March after the 2023-24 NFL season. He played 188 games for the Eagles and totaled 70 sacks over that time.
