Baby Gronk is at it again with LSU gymnastics star Livvy Dunne but we’re not exactly sure what for to be honest.

No, we’re not kidding. Baby Gronk is apparently still flexing on his haters. The social media and youth football player’s social media accounts are run by his father.

The posts are notorious for Baby Gronk taking “visits” with Division 1 colleges and questioning followers if he should commit to play football there. Well, he’s not in high school yet but is apparently in good shape, as he showcased with Dunne.

“STILL FLEXING ON MY HATERS,” the caption read with Baby Gronk and Dunne flexing their abs.

Social media and NIL with college athletics is certainly in an interesting place in the year 2025.

Baby Gronk San Miguel is what he’s listed on his On3 profile due to his notoriety on social media. Things have been quiet in his camp lately, unless you’re following on social media.

The man he is nicknamed after, future Hall of Fame tight end Rob Gronkowski, didn’t approve of how the Class of 2031 future high school graduate was paraded around for the public to see.

“I see you guys beefing with Baby Gronk’s [dad],” Gronkowski said in 2023 to Will Compton. “You’re blowing a gasket.

“My brother was like, ‘Yo, did you see Baby Gronk yet?’ I was like, ‘Did I see him?’ His dad f***ing hit me up 500 times already. Don’t do anything with him. The dad is so annoying. And this was like five, six weeks ago. And then all of a sudden two weeks later, it’s coming out everywhere [that his Dad has messaged countless people on social media]. Me and my brother are dying laughing. It’s to the point where it’s awkward. It’s too far.”

Fellow former NFL star JJ Watt is in the same boat, saying something similar in the summer of 2023.

“I’ve always said… Kids should play multiple sports and kids should be allowed to be kids,” Watt wrote on Twitter. “I’m not against advanced leagues, better competition, etc. But no kid should be playing one sport all year & no kid should be training ‘like a pro’ until at least HS. They’re kids.”

The elder San Miguel claims to know what he’s doing. Whether this plan will last through high school and even college for Baby Gronk, remains to be seen.

“I know how to balance the internet and real life,” Jake San Miguel said. “I don’t think my son is a God or better than all these other kids out there. His goal is to go to the NFL. But the NFL is rare. It’s hard to make. So my goal is to build him a platform and a following where he is making money now and it’s going into a savings account. Just keep stacking up, being a part of companies, this and that.

“By the time he’s a senior in high school, he’s a millionaire and above and he’s well taken care of. That way he can live a good life without struggle or worry. It’s the insurance behind sports. You don’t have to go pro anymore. Like Livvy Dunne, she’s set for life already because of the internet.”

Baby Gronk’s father claimed it was all part of a play and the content is done on purpose, practically planning out his son’s life. We’ll see where it goes from here.
