The Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks are in for a classic November game in Lambeau Field on Sunday afternoon. The Packers shared images of the stadium ahead of the game, complete with seats covered in six inches of snow.

Kickoff between the 7-2 Packers and 3-5 Seahawks is set for 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS. At kickoff, the weather report predicts temperatures in the upper 30s and mostly clouds with 63% humidity. There are also 13 miles per hour wins.

Packers reveal status of Aaron Rodgers

The Green Bay Packers have officially activated quarterback Aaron Rodgers from the Covid-19 reserve list. The move means he’ll be starting for the Green Bay-Seattle game on Sunday.

Rodgers has been in the middle of media crossfire over the past few weeks for deceiving about his vaccination status. He said before the season that he was “immunized,” leading many to believe that he was vaccinated against COVID-19. With news coming out that Rodgers is actually unvaccinated, an investigation into him and the Packers for potential COVID-19 protocol breaches was launched. The team and Rodgers were subsequently fined.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport also let everyone know that the Packers have officially activated defensive back Isaac Yiadom off the COVID-19 reserve list.

Green Bay coming off of loss versus KC

Backup Jordan Love started in Rodgers’ absence in last week’s 13-7 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs and looked alright under center. He completed 19 of 34 passes for 190 yards and a fourth-quarter touchdown in the effort.

Rodgers was playing well before his positive COVID test knocked him out of the Kansas City game. He completed 67.1% of his passes while throwing for 1,891 yards and 17 touchdowns in eight games. Now, he’s working his way back just in time for Green Bay to take on the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.

Fans will be in for a treat in that one. Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is back after a finger injury, meaning it’ll be a Wilson vs. Rodgers quarterback showdown.
